The location is central and near the metro. A bus station is also nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff seemed helpful.
The windows do not provide good sound proofing. I could hear street noise. The mattress was a little hard. The toilet room was dark. It needed better lighting.

The location was excellent. I found it very convenient to the nearby metro and shopping mall. the complimentary water bottle in the room was a nice touch, and i really appreciated the thorough cleaning service. i requested an ironing board. The hotel provided it promptly. the rooftop swimming pool was gorgeous with an excellent view!
my room lacked a proper way to open the window.

The staff seemed very helpful and polite. They immediately assisted when i needed to return for an extra night. i received an upgrade to a huge room. This. the receptionist's welcome was so lovely!

The hotel shares the ground floor with a starbucks. It provided a very convenient spot for a quick coffee. the rooftop bar offered great service. The drinks were expertly prepared. i enjoyed having many restaurant options close to the hotel.

My room felt spacious. The bed was very comfortable. the shower was also notably good. the bathroom was big! the room included complimentary toiletries that were quite useful.
