great hotel!
early check-in complimentary vouchers very nice staff secure location
I was thrilled with the early check-in. They gave us drink vouchers, such a great bonus! the staff was very nice and helpful. the room was super nice. the metro and shopping center are very close. It was like a secure area to stay in, which i really value.
the window had bars that blocked the view, a bummer. i had asked for a room with a street view but was put in a room in the back. it was tough to understand the receptionist when i checked in.

the breakfast had many options. everything was fresh and tasty!!! the dining area was clean and well-organized, a great start to each day. the staff kept everything stocked.

My room was very quiet! The bed was large and comfy. I found an excellent location, handy to transport! Bars and restaurants are nearby.

The hotel is in a central spot, right across from Arena and near MNAC. A Starbucks is next to the hotel, I loved that. The proximity to attractions made exploration easy.

The staff were very helpful. Marianne, the receptionist, assisted us upon arrival. She was very accommodating, helpful and always smiling! The staff provided necessary information, and I appreciated their cute attitude.

the staff was helpful and friendly, i loved that. the location was also quite convenient, close to public transport. i could easily explore all the city had to offer.
The room had some noise issues. I could hear sounds from the street. also, the air conditioning seemed to be locked, i couldn't adjust it.

Fantastic Stay Near Plaza Espanya!
excellent location spacious room helpful staff
The location is superb, right next to Plaza Espanya, giving easy access to transport links! A shopping center nearby offers lots of options. The room was spacious and very clean each day, which I found very convenient. I was really impressed with the rooftop bar and pool. The staff there were helpful and made some amazing piña coladas!!!
The soundproofing in the room was not great, and street noise was noticeable.

The location is central and near the metro. A bus station is also nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff seemed helpful.
The windows do not provide good sound proofing. I could hear street noise. The mattress was a little hard. The toilet room was dark. It needed better lighting.

The location was excellent. I found it very convenient to the nearby metro and shopping mall. the complimentary water bottle in the room was a nice touch, and i really appreciated the thorough cleaning service. i requested an ironing board. The hotel provided it promptly. the rooftop swimming pool was gorgeous with an excellent view!
my room lacked a proper way to open the window.
